Aohai Digital Power Innovation Lab has recently been commissioned, marking a key milestone in the upgrade of the company’s R&D system. The launch of this professional R&D platform underscores the commitment to breakthroughs in energy storage technologies and signals its R&D capabilities in high-efficiency energy conversion, intelligent control and extreme environment adaptation have entered a systematic, refined stage, laying solid support for addressing industry pain points and developing high-quality green energy solutions.

The lab focuses on five R&D directions: first, high-efficiency energy conversion technology, focusing on high-power density topology and wide-voltage adaptation to improve energy utilization efficiency of energy storage equipment; second, intelligent control algorithms, developing high-precision power regulation and load adaptive matching technologies to optimize energy scheduling response speed; third, extreme environment adaptation technology, overcoming key technologies for stable equipment operation under high temperature conditions; fourth, millisecond-level on/off-grid switching technology, further shortening power interruption gaps to enhance power stability; fifth, AI-driven intelligent energy technology, integrating AI and big data analysis to realize intelligent functions such as user energy consumption behavior perception and optimized energy scheduling.
Through full-process, multi-dimensional technical verification and iteration, the lab will accelerate the transformation of key technologies from theory to products, support the R&D of AOHAI’s residential energy storage solutions, help launch safer, more reliable and efficient green energy products, reduce users’ energy costs and improve energy utilization efficiency.
